01 General Terms & Conditions

By using the dk9 platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to read these terms carefully before registering, logging in, or using any services on dk9.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between dk9 and the platform user. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised to refrain from using dk9's services.

02 Account Registration

04 Deposits & Payments

• No extra charges on deposits.

05 Withdrawal Rules

• Daily withdrawal limits can be increased after KYC verification.

06 Gaming Rules

• If a game is interrupted due to a server issue, all stakes will be refunded.

In Sports Betting, stakes are refunded if a match is cancelled. For walkover or forfeit outcomes, dk9's decision is final. In live betting, odds may change at any time — the odds at the moment of bet confirmation will apply.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dk9 platform. Violating these rules will result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Opening multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Abuse of the bonus system or bonus hunting.
• Abnormal betting patterns or arbitrage betting.
• Use of hacking, viruses, or any malicious software.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing or abusing other users.
• Operating an account under a false identity or with misleading information.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Dk9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• For violations of the Terms and Conditions.
• If fraudulent or deceptive activity is detected.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Due to prolonged inactivity.
